Refund & Return Policy – Rancie
At Rancie, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review our Refund & Return Policy below.
1. Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in its original condition
Returned in its original packaging
Including all accessories, tags, and labels (if applicable)
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered due to misuse
Items that are non-returnable for hygiene or personal care reasons (if applicable)
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date in the following cases:
Manufacturing defects
Receiving an incorrect item
If the exchange is requested due to customer preference (size, color, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved:
The refund will be processed within 7–14 business days
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect from Rancie.
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
In cases of approved defects or mistakes, Rancie will cover the return shipping fees.
