At Rancie, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our Shipping Policy below.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation notification.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and courier service.
Estimated delivery timelines:
Inside Egypt: 2–5 business days
Outside Egypt (if applicable): 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location and order size.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Rancie is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking details will be shared with the customer once the order has been shipped (if available).
Customers can track their shipment using the courier’s tracking system.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
In case of lost shipments, Rancie will coordinate with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
7. Refused or Unclaimed Orders
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to receive the order, shipping fees will not be refunded.
Additional re-shipping fees may apply.
8. Force Majeure
Rancie is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
